Here is where we post all of our upcoming meetings, events, and activities in addition to the relevent opportunities we are alerted of.
Meeting Schedule
Since we are a project-based club, our meeting schedule revolves more around project meetings than general body meetings. While the dates of each meeting may change from semester-to-semester to adapt to everyone's new schedules, the organization of the meeting structure remains quite consistent.

GBMs (General Body Meetings) happen every other week starting with the first week of each month.
​
Project Meetings generally occur once a week and are organized by the project leaders.
​
Executive Board meets every Monday, while Project Leader Meetings alternate every other week.
​
Our GBMs for Spring 2024 will happen every other Wednesday from 6-7 PM in ANS0422. These meetings include activities for all AEES members, including guest lectures, craft nights, workshops, trivia, and more!
